What You’ll Bring:

✅ Prior experience as a Practice Manager or Senior Receptionist in a general practice setting

✅ Strong working knowledge of Best Practice software

✅ Excellent communication and leadership skills

✅ Ability to manage day-to-day operations, staff rosters, patient flow, and compliance

✅ A calm, solutions-focused mindset and genuine care for patients and staff

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the practice

• Lead and support reception and administrative staff

• Manage human resourses

• Liaise with GPs, nurses, allied health, and

• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and policies

• Do staff rosters and pays
