Digital Marketing Executive – Hospitality Focus
Part-Time (3 Days per Week) | Work From Home
$65k – $80k pro-rata + super (depending on experience)
The Opportunity
Pink Pickle Marketing is on the lookout for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our boutique agency. This is a part-time role (3 days per week) with the potential to grow into full-time as the agency continues to expand.
The role is remote work from home, with a monthly team catch-up. You’ll work across some of the most exciting hospitality venues in New South Wales and Queensland, helping deliver creative digital campaigns that drive bookings, events and brand awareness.
About Us
We’re a boutique marketing agency dedicated to hospitality venues across NSW & QLD. From Michelin-star dining rooms to local pub legends, we help our clients get seen, heard, and stay top of mind.
We don’t do cookie-cutter marketing. We roll up our sleeves and work directly with venues to bring their brand to life. Think fresh, fun, hands-on campaigns that actually move the needle.
The Role
You’ll be supporting our client portfolio with hands-on digital marketing, working closely with our designers, photographers and the rest of the Pink Pickle crew.
Day-to-day, you’ll be:
Creating and scheduling social media content across Instagram, Facebook & TikTok (using scheduling platforms such as SKED)
Running content shoots (yes, tastings included 🍴)
Running digital ad campaigns across Meta
Email marketing – newsletters, promos, and all things CRM
Updating and maintaining client websites (WordPress & Squarespace)
Working directly with clients to support their brand
Reporting on campaign performance and results

About You
We’re looking for someone:
With at least 1 year’s experience in digital marketing (agency or in-house, hospitality a bonus!)
Confident across social media platforms, Meta ads and email marketing
Comfortable using tools like Canva, CapCut (or similar video editing apps), SKED, Squarespace and WordPress. Training is available if you’re not across all of these yet.
Highly organised, proactive and full of fresh ideas
Able to work autonomously as well as within a small, supportive team
Positive, adaptable and eager to grow
