The Role

The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, drive sales, and engage our customer community. This role oversees all marketing channels—including digital, social, print, and in-store—and ensures campaigns align with the company’s overall objectives.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan, develop and direct marketing campaigns to promote products or services, increase brand awareness, and grow market share.

· Identify business opportunities by researching market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

· Develop and implement pricing and distribution strategies, including promotional plans and sales forecasts.

· Oversee the creation of advertising, promotional and digital content, ensuring brand consistency across all media.

· Oversee and assist in the creation of product packaging, ensuring brand consistency and legal requirements in the distribution territory.

· Manage budgets for marketing and promotional activities and monitor the return on investment (ROI).

· Direct market research to identify target audiences and measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies.

· Lead and coordinate staff or external agencies involved in marketing, advertising, art creation, legal advice and/or public relations.

· Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as suppliers, partners, and the media.

· Report to senior management on marketing performance, opportunities, and risks.
