The Opportunity

We’re seeking a hands-on and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts across all venues. This is your opportunity to shape the marketing direction of three well-known clubs — where your ideas turn into real campaigns that drive visitation, revenue, and engagement.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you’ll be responsible for all aspects of marketing — from strategy to execution — ensuring our brands are consistently represented and our campaigns deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Manage social media platforms, websites, and digital campaigns with engaging, on-brand content

Design and distribute EDMs, SMS campaigns, posters, and in-venue promotions

Oversee photoshoots, video shoots, and live events to ensure a high-quality brand presentation

Analyse campaign performance and prepare actionable reports for management

Collaborate closely with F&B, Gaming, Membership, Events, and Community Engagement teams

Build strong relationships with external creatives and agencies

Deliver campaigns from concept through to execution with a proactive, hands-on approach

What You’ll Bring

Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Strong strategic thinking paired with excellent creative and execution skills

Experience in design and content creation (Adobe Suite preferred)

Exceptional project management, communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
