Receptionist & Office Co ordinator

Cronulla | Full-Time | Facilities Management Company

Are you passionate about creating exceptional first impressions?
Our client is seeking an experienced receptionist to be the welcoming face of this brand new office space in the heart of Cronulla (Just shy of 100 in Cronulla & 400 employed nationally).

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading facilities management company where no two days are the same.

About the Role You will be the first point of contact for staff, clients & visitors, ensuring a seamless and professional front-of-house experience.
You will manage reception operations, meeting spaces & office logistics whilst providing support to the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage reception, phone/email enquiries & meeting room coordination
  • Oversee office logistics including catering, supplies, facilities & event support
  • Ensure meeting spaces are presentation-ready with technology set up
  • Handle mail, deliveries & courier bookings
  • Support company events, meetings & VIP visits
  • Maintain stock levels of office and promotional supplies
  • Provide administrative support to key executives and departments

About You:

  • Minimum 3 years in a client-facing role in a professional environment
  • Strong interpersonal, written & verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Strong time management, multitasking & problem-solving skills
  • Discretion & ability to handle confidential information

Preferred Experience & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a front desk, concierge, executive assistant or luxury customer service role (corporate, 5-star hotel, private club)
  • Certificate/Diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration or related field ideal ideal
  • First Aid and/or Fire Warden certification (or willingness to obtain)
