The Supporter Relations Co-ordinator plays a vital role in ensuring that every member and donor receives a professional, timely, and positive experience with the Centre for Independent Studies (CIS). This position provides high-quality administrative and member and donor service support across all aspects of member and donor care, including donation processing, membership administration, database management, correspondence, and fundraising administration.

Working closely with the team members and reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Supporter Relations Co-ordinator helps strengthen supporter relationships, upholds compliance standards, and supports the effective delivery of campaigns and events. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a detail-oriented, service-focused environment and is committed to supporting the mission and values of CIS. We are seeking someone with experience in Salesforce.
