The Lab Organics instore customer care consultant you are responsible for the operational processes that ensure The Lab Organics bricks & mortar store is organised, well presented, and enables our customers to have a seamless and exceptional shopping experience.
Casual or Part-Time available - 19-25 hours per week
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Thrive to meet set sale targets & KPI's
• Maximise all customer contact opportunities to provide exceptional customer care and product knowledge
• Identify ways to personalise the experience of every customer, whenever possible
• Always deliver an outstanding shopping experience to every customer contact via email, phone or in person
• Genuinely care about people, and always sees through the eyes of the customer and team to ensure the best customer and team member experience.
• Work closely with other internal departments to ensure issues affecting customer orders or returns are revolved and enable a seamless shopping experience
To join the team, you must meet the following criteria
• You will love this role if you thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and love to get into the nitty gritty detail of ensuring our operations are as smooth as they can be so our customers can have a seamless experience.
• Previous skincare / wellness sales and retail experience
• Minimum of 2+ years of skincare/wellness retail experience is required
• Australian work rights are required for this position
• Applicants must be 21+ years of age
• Strong stock knowledge, with the ability to empower store teams to teach and communicate your knowledge across to them & customers
• Exceptional communication and organisational skills
• A meticulous attention to detail and passion for problem solving
• Ensure all in-house processes and procedures are always adhered to
• Excellent communication skills. You must be able to display the highest levels of accuracy (spelling, grammar, punctuation, and pronunciation) in both written and spoken communication
• Ability to achieve results through influence and problem solving
• Flexible attitude and positive approach
• Self-motivated, proactive, and energetic
