About the role

Artelia Jewellery, a renowned name in the jewellery industry, is seeking a talented Diamond and Jewellery Sales Consultant to join our team in Melbourne, VIC 3000. This is a casual position, offering the flexibility to balance work and personal commitments. We are seeking a passionate, customer- focused sales consultant to work Sundays and Mondays only, helping our clients celebrate life's most meaningful moments with elegance and care.

What you'll be doing

Providing expert product knowledge and guidance to customers, ensuring they find the perfect piece of jewellery to suit their preferences and budget

Assisting customers with the selection, purchase, and care of diamond and fine jewellery items

Maintaining an impeccable store appearance and ensuring all merchandise is displayed attractively

Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently, providing a seamless shopping experience

As a Sunday & Monday consultant, you will be the face of Artelia on one of our busiest and most vibrant days.

Staying up-to-date with industry trends, product innovations, and company policies to provide informed recommendations to customers

What we're looking for

Previous experience in the jewellery industry, preferably with minimum 3 years.

Strong product knowledge and the ability to educate customers on the features and benefits of custom diamond and fine jewellery

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide exceptional customer service

Passionate about jewellery, fashion and design.

Comfortable with high-value consultative sales.

A passion for the jewellery industry and a commitment to providing a premium shopping experience

Available every Sunday and Monday (set weekly shift)
