Éramai at Crown Melbourne is looking for a driven, customer-focused sales professional to join our young, vibrant team.

We’re looking for someone with energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude — the kind of person who thrives in a dynamic, team-oriented environment and enjoys connecting with people. While your primary focus will be sales and client engagement, you’ll also provide light assistance with front-of-house tasks to support smooth daily operations.

About the Role
This is a casual position offering 3–5 shifts per week, including weekends. You’ll spend most of your time on the sales floor, delivering exceptional service, offering expert product consultations, and helping clients discover our skincare range and advanced facial treatments.
Reception-related tasks — such as greeting clients or assisting with bookings — will form a small secondary part of your day.

All new team members receive 2–4 weeks of paid training at $25/hr, then move into the full role at $32–$35/hr plus commission based on experience.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales of luxury skincare, LED facials, and cosmetic devices

Deliver tailored consultations and confidently upsell

Build strong client relationships and help meet team sales targets

Provide basic front desk support (greeting clients, assisting with bookings)

Maintain a pristine, welcoming retail environment

Assist with boutique operations including opening/closing

What We’re Looking For

Sales-focused professionals only – confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented

Previous experience in retail sales (beauty, fashion, wellness, or similar)

Energetic and personable, with a vibrant approach to customer service

Polished communicator with strong interpersonal skills

Able to multitask comfortably across sales and light front-of-house duties

Available 3–5 days per week, including weekends

Reliable, proactive, and eager for long-term growth

Must be an Australian citizen or hold full working rights without restrictions
