The role:

We are searching for passionate and experienced Beauty Advisors (casuals) to join the LUXASIA Australia team to support us in our growing portfolio of brands! The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge and interest in beauty products and enjoy sharing their expertise with customers. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing impeccable service, engaging, and building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities:

Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the shop

Dynamic and proactive in meeting sales targets

Engaging in innovation and productivity initiatives for the stores to drive seamless customer experience.

Creating connections and building rapport with customer to maintain long-term relationships.

Adhering to established standard operating procedures in terms of the handling of cash and assets.

Ensuring all products and displays are merchandised effectively to maximize sales and productivity.

Assisting with the monthly stock check and to maintain accurate stock records.

Requirements:

1 year fragrance, skincare and/or beauty industry retail sales experience in a department store.

Passionate about fragrance/beauty products and to deliver exceptional customer service.

Possess the skills and motivation to achieve sales targets.

Available to work permanent part-time or casual hours; with flexibility across key trading hours including late night and weekends as well as over promotional events and pop-ups.
