Contracts Administrator

Black Sheep is a commercial building company who focuses their expertise within the local governmental sector.

Due to a solid growth stage and workload, we are currently looking for a proven Contracts Administrator to add to our team, responsible for managing the administrative aspects of our projects.

We are looking for a driven, methodical, mathematically proficient and experienced person to:

Support the contractual and financial management of multiple commercial projects, from programming, take-offs, scopes, management of project documentation, cost control, assisting with site management and communicating with various project stakeholders.

Duties

Collaborate with senior management, assist the project and site teams to coordinate programming.

Ensure the execution and completion of works to achieve required specifications, company standards, budget constraints, client expectations and legislative/ building requirements.

Subcontractor procurement and management

Assist Project Coordinator with Identifying and assessing project risks

Developing and reporting on project milestones and in particular budgets

Assist preparation of financial documentation / reports as project demands

Participate in project meetings to maintain progress and mitigate delays.

Skills and or Experience

Must have proven knowledge/ experience of ProCore this is a requirement

Quantity Surveying, Economics and or bachelor's in construction management or equivalent

Mathematically minded

A Minimum 3 years in a similar position

Strong Communication & Ability to take Ownership

Ability to foster Stakeholder relationships

Australian citizenship is required for this position
