Design & Build are on the lookout for a Contract Administrator to join our client - a growing custom residential builder delivering bespoke renovations and extensions valued up to $3 million.

With an exciting pipeline of work and a reputation for delivering high-quality, architecturally designed homes, they’re ready to bring on a Contract Administrator to take the reins and help drive their next phase of growth.

You’ll be joining a tight-knit, social, and down-to-earth team who take pride in what they do and genuinely enjoy working together. What you’ll be doing:

• Preparing, reviewing, and managing subcontractor and supplier agreements
• Keeping project documentation sharp - contracts, variations, budgets, and everything in between
• Tracking project costs and providing clear, accurate reports to the team
• Working closely with clients, consultants, and site teams to keep projects running smoothly

What we’re looking for:

• At least 3 years’ experience as a Contract Administrator
• A background in bespoke/architecturally designed residential projects
• Great communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and regulations
• Ability to work as a team and take on ad hoc tasks as needed
