About the role
We’re a high-performing Loan Market Group brokerage looking for an experienced Credit Analyst / Loan Writer / Lending Specialist to support our brokers and step into a true career pathway.
You’ll:
Structure and prepare loan applications from document collection through to submission
Work closely on land, build & construction finance (70–80% of our work) with leading developers
Research lenders, solve complex scenarios, and help clients secure the right solution
Build strong relationships with both lenders and clients
About you
2+ years’ experience in banking, credit assessment, loan processing, or lending
Detail-focused, client-first, and a clear communicator
Keen to ditch the corporate red tape and learn the full lending process
Ambitious to grow – whether as a high-level Credit Analyst or moving into a Mortgage Broker role
