As a mortgage manager, they arrange the funds for loans and oversee their ongoing management, from credit assessment to monitoring repayments, interest rate adjustments, and loan variations secure funding through securitisation and offer an extensive range of flexible and competitive financial products, including solutions for owner-occupied and investment home loans, self employed borrowers, SMSF loans and bridging and commercial loans.

Duties and responsabilities:

• Assisting the team with a range of mortgage administrative tasks, as well as pre and post-settlement client management.
• Managing enquiries and correspondence via phone and email.
• Requesting, collecting, preparing, and uploading documents for submissions.
• Completing admin and data entry for electronic lodgement.
• Maintain excellent service standards with a high attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively within a team to accomplish team goals.

We are lookign for someone with:

• Experience in a similar Broker Support role OR Mortgage Loan processing role.
• Ability to work as part of a supportive, collaborative team.
• Able to provide an outstanding and efficient service to all customers; must be personable, proactive, and customer-focused.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with professional verbal and written etiquette and a positive, friendly attitude.
• Possess a great work ethic with the ability to work both as part of a team and autonomously.
