Duties and responsibilities as a Senior Client Services Manager, you will be the core driver of the client journey and loan process:

• Manage the End-to-End Loan Process: Oversee the entire lifecycle from initial document collection through to final settlement.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, brokers, lenders, solicitors, and all third parties.
• Communication Hub: Provide regular, proactive updates and maintain clear communication touchpoints with all parties.
• Compliance & Systems: Oversee compliance, meticulous file management, and ensure accurate updates within the CRM system (MyCRM).
• Process Improvement: Proactively identify and implement opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance client outcomes.
• Broker Support: Provide high-level support to brokers on diverse, high-value, and complex lending scenarios.

We are looking for someone with:

• Proven Experience: Demonstrated background in mortgage client services, broking support or mortgage lending processing.
• Client-First Attitude: Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding client satisfaction.
• Organisational Excellence: Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to effectively juggle multiple priorities.
• System Proficiency: Comfortable learning and utilising new systems, with experience in MyCRM being a distinct advantage.
