Client Service Manager – Full Time | Shailer Park Office

At Borro, we’re on the lookout for a motivated and people-focused Client Service Manager to join our growing team in Shailer Park.

You’ll play a key role supporting clients through their home loan journey, from the first steps through to settlement. Every day will bring variety as you manage communications, track loan milestones, and keep things moving smoothly behind the scenes. Your ability to juggle priorities, work through deadlines, and build strong relationships with clients and lenders will make you a valued part of the team from day one.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, loves delivering exceptional service, and wants to grow into broader operational or leadership responsibilities over time. You don’t need broking experience – we’re more interested in your attitude, initiative, and ability to make things happen.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the loan process from submission to settlement

Liaise with clients, lenders, and internal teams to keep files progressing on time

Send clear and timely updates to clients via email and phone

Maintain a pipeline of active files and support clients post-settlement

Keep our CRM and client data up to date

Ensure service standards are upheld at every stage

Who We’re Looking For

A confident communicator who builds rapport easily with clients and team members

Strong multitasker who can stay organised and focused across multiple files

Calm under pressure, solutions-oriented, and driven to keep things on track

Excellent attention to detail and proactive follow-up

Comfortable using G Suite and CRM systems (Mercury experience is a plus)

Background in lending, broking, banking or customer service is welcome, but not required

Interest in long-term career growth, with potential to step into operations management
