The Opportunity

As our Client Services Manager, you'll be a vital member of our team, ensuring smooth and professional service delivery alongside our advisers. Your superpower is building strong relationships. Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee daily operations of client services team

· Build and manager strong relationships with clients

· Coordinate client onboarding, annual reviews, and service schedules

· Manage end-to end implementation of SOA/ROAs

· Liaise with advisers and paraplanners to support advice delivery

· Ensure compliance with regulatory and licensee standards

· Handle client queries with professional, solutions focused approach

· Maintain accurate client records and manage workflow systems

A minimum of 3 years' experience in financial planning plus proficiency in XPlan financial planning software and Microsoft Office Suite is a must.
