What will you be doing in this role?
Review contracts and sales opportunities to ensure accurate billing
Communicate with sales and customers regarding billing and account-related queries
Clarify invoices and resolve any billing issues
Work with service providers to raise invoices and terminate services as needed
Data entry of invoices and expenses
Provide general administrative support to the finance team e.g., raising purchase orders, placing orders from the delivery team
How do you get shortlisted for this role?
1-2 years of experience as an account officer, account payable/receivable officer, or bookkeeper
Intermediate excel and Microsoft office skills
Degree or diploma in finance or accounting
Comfortable working remotely and communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels
You must be an Australian citizen or have permanent residency
