About Us
We're Inspire Residential, a Brisbane-based renovation and extension company specialising in decks, pergolas, carports, and full home transformations. Our projects range across Brisbane's northside — from Everton Hills to Kedron and Chapel Hill — and we're known for tidy worksites, honest communication, and quality craftsmanship.
We're not a big builder with layers of management. You'll be joining a small, close-knit team where your input genuinely matters. You'll work directly with the director and site teams to help keep quotes, projects, and clients running smoothly.
About the Role
We're looking for a part-time Office Administrator to help manage the day-to-day admin of our growing building business. The role is 20-30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 2:00pm, ideal for someone who values work-life balance, stability, and a supportive environment.
While you'll primarily work from home, we'd love someone based in Brisbane or Moreton Bay for the occasional in-person catch-up or training session.
What You'll Do
Manage emails, client communications, and job scheduling
Assist with quotes, contracts, and invoicing (MYOB)
Training will be provided for MYOB accounting software
Update job progress and tasks in project management software (Buildxact)
Training will be provided for Buildxact project management software
Coordinate trades, deliveries, and supplier orders
Maintain records for certification, and compliance
Provide admin support to keep sites and projects on track
What You'll Need
A reliable computer, internet connection, and headset
Experience in admin, scheduling, or client coordination
Minimum 2 years of experience in admin, scheduling, or client coordination
Confidence communicating with trades and clients
Strong attention to detail and follow-up
Ability to learn and use digital tools quickly
Experience in construction, building, or trades admin is highly regarded
Australian work rights are required for this position
