Are you a finance all-rounder who enjoys variety, responsibility, and being part of a positive team? We’re looking for a capable and enthusiastic Finance Officer to join our business in Dandenong. Initially offered at around 0.5 FTE, the will be permanent Part-time, at 19 hours per week, which can be worked across 3 days to suit your schedule.

The Role:

As Finance Officer, you’ll play a vital role in the day-to-day financial and administrative operations of the business. Core duties include:

End-to-end Accounts Payable and Receivable

Payroll processing and maintenance of staff records

Supplier and customer account reconciliations

General finance admin and month-end support

Liaising with internal staff, suppliers, and customers

For the right candidate, the role may also include:

Assisting the General Manager with HR-related admin and policy documentation

Coordinating staff functions and team events

Supporting internal communications and digital marketing tasks

General office support and process improvements

About You:

Solid experience in finance/accounts (payables, receivables, payroll)

Comfortable using accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB)

Strong attention to detail, integrity, and reliability

Friendly, can-do attitude and team spirit

Great communication and organisational skills
