Your Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end accounts payable processing

Responding to client queries and maintaining positive relationships

Reconciling statements and preparing payment runs

Supporting accounts, admin, and occasional payroll tasks

Assisting with month-end reporting

Maintaining documentation and compliance

Answering phones and general office support

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years' experience in accounts payable

Strong communication and people skills

Highly organised with great attention to detail

Comfortable working independently and in a team

Available approx. 5 hours/day, Monday to Friday

Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software (Xero, MYOB, etc.)

Australian citizen or permanent resident
