Talented Accounts Manager/Bookkeeper

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our team in a remote role, working 2-3 days per week. As part of the role you'll be working with our team of allied health professionals to provide high quality service to our clients.

About the Role:

This role is ideal for someone who is experienced, enjoys working independently and is confident in managing daily bookkeeping tasks. You will be responsible for:

Accounts payable, receivable and general bookkeeping duties

Managing and responding to account email enquires and debtor collection

Overseeing day-to-day financial tasks including reconciliation

Using MYOB to maintain accurate financial records. Experience with XERO also an advantage

Fortnightly Payroll

Quarterly BAS Statements

Superannuation payments quarterly

Account data entry (approx. 500 treatments per month)

About You:

Minimum 3 years' experience using MYOB and Bookkeeping

Solid knowledge of Australian accounting and taxation basics

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Ability to work independently and manage your own workload

Excellent communication and time management skills

Strong computer skills including using Office 365, Excel, Smart sheets
