We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial operations, including payroll, supplier payments, and basic administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be experienced in MYOB and open to transitioning to other accounting software if needed. This role is primarily remote, with the expectation of an onsite visit approximately once a month.
Key Responsibilities
Process payroll accurately and on time
Manage accounts payable and ensure timely supplier payments
Reconcile bank accounts and maintain accurate financial records
Assist with BAS preparation and compliance tasks
Handle basic administrative duties (e.g. data entry, filing, supplier communication)
Provide monthly reports and financial summaries to management
Collaborate with the team to support smooth financial operations
