Part-Time Bookkeeper (3 Days per Week)
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to join our team on a part-time basis (3 days per week). This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, growing business and has strong experience in bookkeeping and account management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage invoice follow-ups and ensure timely payment collection
Reconcile accounts in Xero accurately and on schedule
Prepare and send deposit invoices to clients
Enter and process bills for payment
Maintain clear and organised financial records
Liaise with management regarding outstanding accounts and payment schedules
Assist with ad-hoc bookkeeping and administrative tasks as required
About You
Minimum 5+ years bookkeeping experience (preferably in Xero)
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Confident communicator with a proactive approach to following up invoices
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
Knowledge of general accounting principles and accounts payable/receivable
