The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Bookkeeper to join our team on a part-time basis (three days per week, with flexibility). This role will suit someone who enjoys working directly with clients, managing end-to-end bookkeeping across multiple industries, and supporting junior staff through review and feedback.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end bookkeeping for multiple clients

Bank reconciliations, BAS/IAS preparation and lodgement

Payroll processing and compliance

Accounts payable and receivable management

Preparation of management reports

Direct client communication (emails, Zoom calls, advisory discussions)

Reviewing junior staff work and providing feedback

Maintaining accurate records in line with compliance requirements

About You

Minimum Cert IV in Bookkeeping/Accounting, ideally Diploma or higher

At least 5+ years’ bookkeeping experience

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong client-facing skills and ability to manage multiple clients

Highly proficient in Xero (essential), with exposure to QBO desirable

Familiarity with Dext, Excel, Google Sheets, Outlook and Asana

Ability to work independently in a remote setting with reliable internet and a quiet, professional space

Work Arrangements

Part-time, three days per week (Mondays required, other days negotiable)

Flexible hours, with Monday afternoon Zoom meetings

Based in Australia with full working rights

Commencing October
