You’ll be taking ownership of a well-maintained 200-property portfolio, keeping landlords happy, tenants supported, and everything running like clockwork.

What you’ll be doing:

End-to-end management of a 200-property portfolio

Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants

Coordinating repairs, maintenance, and compliance requirements

Conducting ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections

Handling lease renewals, arrears management, and VCAT/NCAT when required

Ensuring your landlords feel informed, supported, and in safe hands

What you’ll bring:

Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (essential)

A reliable car + driver’s licence

Ideally 2+ years experience managing a residential portfolio

Strong organisational and communication skills

A proactive attitude with a customer-first approach
