About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our dynamic Property Management team at L J Hooker Brighton Le Sands. As a Senior Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing a comprehensive portfolio of residential properties, ensuring exceptional service delivery to both landlords and tenants. This full-time position is based in our Brighton-Le-Sands beachside office.

What you'll be doing

Overseeing the day-to-day management of a 165 portfolio - Residential properties.

Providing exceptional customer service to both landlords and tenants, effectively addressing their queries and concerns in a timely manner

Conducting regular property routine inspections and reporting to Landlords

Effectively assisting the Leasing team to market and lease properties, coordinating viewings and managing the tenant application and selection process

Ensuring all properties comply with relevant legislation and industry regulations

Proactively identifying opportunities to increase rental yields for landlords

Participating in the development and implementation of team and company-wide strategies and initiatives

Preparing and attending NCAT hearings on behalf of the Landlord

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years' experience in a senior property management role within the residential real estate industry

Thorough understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act and other relevant legislation

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and various stakeholders

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively

Proficient in the use of real estate software and technology

A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service

Current Real Estate License & Drivers License
