Opportunity exists for a Property Manager to be trained into and join a friendly team of 6+ staff in an award winning office in Rhodes.

With quality properties, cloud based systems, 1 on 1 training with the Property Management director every day for your 1st week, you will be given a true chance to succeed in Property Management!

Due to growth, this portfolio exists to manage around 140 properties in inner-west suburbs majority within 5-20 min of the office.

Four Weekdays 9 am-5:30pm plus Saturday 10am – 4 pm, Parking Provided!

What we’re looking for:

At least 1 years experience in property management

Current NSW Real Estate Certificate / License holder

Current NSW Drivers License

Mandarin & English speaking fluently is essential

Sound knowledge of property management software, Property Tree and Inspection Manager are what we use

Strong attention to detail

Superior time management skills

Someone who thrives in a fun (often crazy) but supportive and team-focused environment

Your Responsibilities:

- Property Management role, you will manage your own portfolio of ~145 properties, all residential

- Handle emails and/or enquiries, owner, tenant enquiries etc

- Deal with compliance, maintenance requests etc for the portfolio, portfolio management day to day duties

- Property Tree and Inspection Manager App and systems

- Routine inspections

- Process applications, leasing etc, if required (support provided)

Career progression is available into team leader roles for those who have the skills and attitude!
