With multiple offices across Sydney’s CBD and inner-city suburbs, this agency specializes in premium sales and property management services, particularly in the apartment market.

Position: Property Manager / Senior Portfolio Manager
Location: With over 4 office locations across the CDB and City Fringe
(HOT DESKING ALLOWED!)

Portfolio: Approximately 176 properties across the city and fringe suburbs
Salary: Up to $100,000, negotiable for the right candidate

Parking: INCLUDED!

About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to oversee a clean portfolio. You will be responsible for managing lease agreements, liaising with tenants and landlords, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. The position involves working across multiple locations, offering flexibility and autonomy.

Proven experience managing residential portfolios, with a preference for apartment management
