The Role:

You’ll support the Property Management team with:

Assisting in managing a portfolio

Delivering standout customer service

Processing rental applications

Helping with routine and outgoing inspections

Coordinating maintenance and repairs

Issuing notices when required

General admin and support across the PM department

About You:

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:

Previous real estate or property management experience (Assistant PM/Property Officer highly regarded)

A current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong organisational and time management abilities

Professionalism and a proactive attitude

A valid driver’s licence and reliable car
