Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our dynamic team and manage a portfolio of approximately 150 residential properties.

About the role:

As a property manager, you will:

Manage a small portfolio of 150 residential properties.

Take ownership of queries from property owners and tenants.

Oversee repairs and maintenance, ensuring timely resolutions.

Collaborate with our leasing team to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

Liaise with business partners to provide timely responses.

Operate in a full-time, office-based role.

Work Monday to Friday with no weekends required.

About you:

To succeed in this role, you will:

Have at least 12 months experience as a Property Manager.

Hold a Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Certificate IV equivalent.

Demonstrate exceptional time management and attention to detail.

Prioritise customer service excellence.

Be tech-savvy, with experience using Outlook, Property Me, and Inspect Real Estate.

Be eager to learn new skills and adapt to industry innovations.

Work independently while thriving in a team environment.

Bring strong written and verbal communication skills.
