About the role

Join the dynamic team at the Justice Network as our Marketing & Events Manager. In this full-time position based in Brisbane, you will be responsible for developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns and coordinating our portfolio of industry-leading events.

With a focus on promoting the organisation's mission and expanding our reach, this role is crucial in driving our continued growth and success.

What you'll be doing

Devise and implement effective marketing strategies to promote Justice Network's brand, services and events to targeted audiences

Lead the planning and delivery of Justice Network's calendar of events, including conferences, seminars and networking functions

Manage the end-to-end event lifecycle, including venue sourcing, speaker coordination, delegate registration and on-the-day logistics

Create compelling content for digital and print marketing materials to generate interest and registrations

Monitor and analyse event and marketing performance, providing recommendations to continually improve our approach

Collaborate with the wider team to ensure seamless integration of marketing and event initiatives

Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to identify new opportunities for growth

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years' experience in marketing and/or event management

Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels

Exceptional organisational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to liaise with senior executives and external partners

Creative flair and innovative thinking to continuously enhance our marketing and event offerings

Proficient in using marketing automation, CRM and event management technology

Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications or a related discipline are highly regarded
