About the Role
This is a flexible role that combines marketing, client engagement, and on-site event coordination. During the week, you will primarily work from home, focusing on client communications, venue outreach, and marketing activities. On weekends, you will be hands-on at events, managing operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote events and grow brand presence.

Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.), creating engaging content and campaigns.

Liaise with clients, vendors, and venues to coordinate event logistics.

Assist with business development and market expansion.

Provide on-site event management, ensuring smooth operations and a positive guest experience.

Support the team with general administrative and creative tasks as needed.

About You

Degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Strong knowledge of digital and social media marketing.

Excellent communication skills – fluency in both English and Chinese highly regarded.

Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, to support events.

Passion for events, creativity, and community engagement.
