We are delighted to partner with Dr. Hydrate — an Australian-owned and operated functional sports hydration drink. As a fast growing business, we’re heading into the busiest events period in our history, and we’re seeking a highly organised and motivated Events Coordinator to help bring our brand to life through exceptional event delivery.

The Role

This newly created role reports directly to the General Manager. As our Events Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing our national events calendar. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure every activation, sponsorship, and community event is delivered to the highest standard, while showcasing Dr. Hydrate to athletes, partners, and fans. This is not your typical 9-5 role - frequent weekend work will be required.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and deliver a rolling year round events calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and product launches.

This is not a typical 9-5 role. Frequent weekend work will be required, however we are pleased to offer flexible work options during the week in an arrangement that works for everyone.

Proactively plan, execute, and evaluate events — from large scale sports activations to community initiatives.

Coordinate logistics, suppliers, and on the ground operations to ensure seamless event delivery.

Capture and coordinate brand aligned content at each event for social media and marketing use.

Track and report on event performance, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.

Foster strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality outcomes.

Work collaboratively with marketing, retail, and online teams to maximise event impact.
