We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Customer Service & Administration Officer to join our growing team at Expert IT & Telco. This is the perfect role for someone ready to take their first step in the IT & telecommunications industry.

What you’ll be doing:

Managing sales handovers from start to finish

Reviewing paperwork and creating accurate job notes

Answering phone calls

Submitting and tracking orders

Updating customers at each step of the process

Booking and coordinating SIP porting and installations

Handling overflow calls and transferring/admin logging

Assigning and submitting mobile SIM cards for clients

Scheduling IT installations with customer and service team approvals

What we’re looking for:

Strong communication skills – confident on phone and email

Attention to detail and solid organisational skills

Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn

Ability to juggle multiple tasks and work to deadlines

No prior industry experience required – training provided!
