BM Floors are seeking a Customer Service Officer to join the team, providing an exceptional first point of contact for their clients and assisting the sales team with appointment setting and administration support

Key Responsibilities include:
Being the first point of contacts for customers and managing client interactions day-to-day, creating a seamless and positive experience.
Preparing and following up on quotes, ensuring customers always feel supported and informed.
Guiding customers through their full timber flooring journey, from initial enquiry through to aftercare.
Conducting post-installation follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and nurture long-term relationships.
Supporting the director with client appointments, diary and email management
Collaborating with the team, sharing knowledge, and contributing to our culture of continuous learning.

About You
To be successful in this role, you may have experience in a similar customer service or administration role and a love of all things timber flooring or the building industry.
BM Floors are seeking a bright and bubbly individual who is comfortable working autonomously and enjoys being the face of the business.
You will have a passion for customer service and always providing clients with great service and knowledgeable experience.
We are happy to provide training and support. What matters most is that you are:
A confident communicator on the phone and in person who values fantastic customer service
Comfortable with technology and learning & implementing new systems
Organised, methodical and accurate with your work
The Musts
A minimum of 2-3 years working in a similar role or customer service background
A strong work ethic coupled with an energetic attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Competency across Microsoft Office suite of products and Xero Accounting Software.
Willingness to learn and work as a team
Strong organisational skills and task prioritisation
Ability to demonstrate initiative and work autonomously
