About the Role

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers and retail partners. Responding to daily enquires via phone and email, you will work closely with our Sales and Supply Chain teams, ensuring customer needs are prioritised across the business.

What You’ll Do

· Respond to incoming phone calls and email enquiries in a timely and professional manner

· Process customer orders received via email or EDI

· Support our supply chain team ensuring orders are delivered on time and in full

· Support the Sales and marketing teams by coordinating consumer enquiries, ensuring a high level of customer service

· Maintaining records of customer interactions, complaints and escalations

· Preparing and compiling reports to monitor and assess overall customer satisfaction and delivery service level

What You Bring

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Customer Service mindset with a genuine interest in providing a high level of service

· Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail or customer service role. Experience in the nutritional and wellness industry is highly regarded

· A positive attitude and a “can-do” mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional service

· Proficiency in data entry and administrative tasks
