Customer Service Representative – Port Melbourne
We are expanding our Customer Service team to enhance the support we provide to customers during critical times.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
Process equipment orders to assist our equipment delivery team.
Accurately enter and process high volumes of equipment orders using internal systems.
Liaise with allied health professionals, nurses, patients, and families to assist with equipment ordering, collection, and suitability.
Redirect incoming inquiries to the appropriate internal departments, including Sales, Logistics, Warehouse, and NDIS/DVA teams.
Manage administrative tasks such as filing and maintaining documents/spreadsheets using the Microsoft Office suite.
Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
Work in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting deadlines and contributing to overall team performance.
Perform other customer service-related duties as required.
About You:
The successful applicant must have at least 2 years’ experience in a customer service or call centre type role.

who are friendly and genuinely enjoy communicating with and assisting our clients
with a professional and polite verbal and written style
with the ability to multitask, prioritise, and work under pressure in a fast paced environment
with a curious mind and passion for learning
who are able to adapt quickly to new systems, processes, and product updates to maintain service excellence.
who have Intermediate skills (at a minimum level) on the Microsoft Office 365 platform
who are self driven and highly motivated with a strong attention to detail
who are highly organised with a passion for customer service.
If you have work experience in the disability, healthcare or community services sectors, you are encouraged to apply, however this is not essential.
