The Role
This role is responsible for delivering high-quality customer service across multiple channels, managing catering sales and scheduling, and supporting operational coordination between customers, stores, kitchen, packing and delivery teams. The role requires excellent communication, administration and time management skills, together with experience in sales and customer service for NDIS and HCP clients.
Customer Service
Respond to customer inquiries via Gorgias, hello@ inbox, and phone.
Resolve customer and store feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Convert enquiries into sales
Manage loyalty program inquiries and provide customer support.
Merge customer profiles upon request to maintain accurate records.
Undertake office administration tasks as required.
assist in some scheduling of deliveries
Support NDIS and HCP clients with sales, account management and service inquiries.
Provide compassionate, accurate, and timely responses to clients requiring additional assistance.
Catering
Manage catering sales and invoicing processes.
Prepare and print catering sheets accurately and on time.
Coordinate catering schedules and email communications.
Ensure effective time management of catering orders and deadlines.
Liaise with kitchen and packing teams to confirm order accuracy and timing.
Coordinate with drivers and stores for timely deliveries and order fulfilment.
About You
Strong customer service and communication skills across email, phone, and in-person channels.
Experience in supporting NDIS and HCP clients with sales and service requirements.
Excellent organisational and multitasking capabilities.
Experience in catering coordination, scheduling, and administration.
Ability to liaise effectively across kitchen, drivers, and stores.
Competency in customer service platforms (e.g., Gorgias) and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
Autonomous, proactive, and results-driven.
Attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities.
Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or customer service roles.
Understanding of compliance and reporting requirements in relation to NDIS/HCP clients is a bonus
