About the Role:
Work in a vibrant office and showroom environment where you’ll interact with pool builders, technicians, and pool owners via phone, face-to-face, and email. Become an essential part of our customer service team by delivering exceptional support and ensuring smooth order processing.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Delivering outstanding customer service both over the phone and in person to trade customers

Providing detailed price and product information

Collaborating with the team to process orders, prepare invoices, and handle data entry

Managing credits for returned goods and pricing discrepancies to ensure customer satisfaction

Monitoring stock levels and coordinating with purchasing to maintain inventory

Developing a strong product knowledge while learning on the job

Who We’re Looking For:

Self-motivated individuals with a strong desire to learn and grow

Exceptional communicators with a passion for helping others

Detail-oriented team players with great organisation skills

Positive attitude and a solid work ethic

Ability to lift 20 KG

Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not essential
