Digital Sales and Customer Service Representative

Durasafe Pty Ltd is seeking a full-time Digital Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team in Bayswater, VIC 3153.
In this hands-on role, you will assist with the management of online sales while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email, live chat, and digital platforms.

Assist customers with product information, quotes, order placement, and after-sales support.

Manage and process online orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment.

Proactively follow up with potential and existing customers to drive sales opportunities.

Collaborate with the manufacturing team to resolve order or delivery issues.

Update and maintain customer records in CRM and order management systems.

Update and maintain product information on the website

Provide feedback to management on customer trends, product demand, and process improvements.

Contribute to achieving company sales targets.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and OH&S standards where applicable.

Create, update, and maintain website content via our Big Commerce store (new products, landing pages, banners, blogs)

Ensure all content is SEO-optimised to drive traffic and improve search rankings.

Monitor competitor content and identify opportunities for improvement

The successful applicant must possess the following attributes:

· Previous experience in sales and/or customer service (digital or retail environment preferred).

· Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.

· Confidence in using digital tools such as CRMs, e-commerce platforms, and Microsoft Office.

· Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and provide accurate information to customers.

· A proactive, results-driven approach with the ability to work independently and in a team.

· High attention to detail and organisational skills.

· A positive, can-do attitude and commitment to providing excellent customer experiences.

· Experience with BigCommerce or similar eCommerce platforms is highly regarded, but not essential.
