About the Role
We are seeking a Consultant – TTM Project Manager to join our growing team. This role is a progression beyond traditional planning, giving you the opportunity to manage a portfolio of clients and projects end-to-end. From quoting and planning, through approvals, implementation, and invoicing, you’ll be involved in every stage of service delivery, shaping outcomes for both your clients and QTM.

This opportunity is open to applicants of all experience levels. Whether you are an experienced planner ready to step into project management, or new to the industry and eager to grow, we’ll provide the training, mentorship, and support to help you succeed. What You’ll Do

Prepare TMPs, TGSs, risk assessments, impact assessments, permits, and related documentation

Prepare quotes and cost estimations for traffic management services

Liaise with stakeholders and authorities for approvals and project delivery

Manage projects end-to-end – from first enquiry through to close-out and invoicing

Work closely with operations to ensure plans are delivered effectively on site

Conduct site visits for risk assessments, compliance audits, and customer engagement

Provide excellent customer service across all project touchpoints

Operate in a collaborative, compliance-focused team environment

What We’re Looking For

Australian Driver’s Licence – required

General Construction Induction (White Card) – required

Advanced Worksite Traffic Management (AWTM) – strongly desired

At least 12 months’ TTM planning experience – preferred, but not essential

Strong communication and organisational skills

Commitment to safety, compliance, and teamwork
