About the Role

WorkPac are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our client’s team in Cockburn. This role will see you managing end-to-end project delivery including design, fabrication, shipping, and installation, while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and budget requirements. The position is client-facing and will suit someone with strong commercial and contractual experience who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage project works including design, fabrication, shipping, and installation

Oversee purchasing of materials and services

Ensure budgets and project schedules are met

Liaise with clients and attend meetings

Manage subcontractors and contract administration

Maintain plant and equipment as assigned

Ensure compliance with quality, health & safety, and environmental systems

Skills and Experience Required

Previous experience as a Project Manager in construction or engineering

Strong commercial and contractual knowledge (MS Project, NOD’s, EOT’s, LD’s)

Confident in client-facing roles with excellent communication skills

Proficient in MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project

Solid understanding of construction processes and project delivery

Strong problem-solving, organisation, and leadership abilities
