The Opportunity - Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to take the lead on the delivery of a $50m+ high-rise apartment development in Perth. You will oversee the full project lifecycle – from pre-construction through to handover – working closely with the client, consultants, subcontractors, and an experienced site team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, programming, and delivery of a $50m+ apartment project
• Drive project outcomes on time, budget, and quality
• Manage client, consultant, and subcontractor relationships
• Provide leadership and support to the site team (Site Manager, CA, Engineers)
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Monitor cost control, procurement, and contract administration

Skills & Experience

• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or similar
• Proven Project Management experience delivering apartment or mixed-use projects $30m+
• Strong commercial acumen and contract knowledge
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams
• Local WA experience and established relationships will be highly regarded
