We’re now seeking an Empowered Practice Manager to take the reins, lead our dedicated team, and help us transition into the 21st century with bold ideas, AI integration, and a fully paperless system. Bringing efficiency to the next level.

About the Role

You’ll oversee the daily operations of our clinic, ensuring seamless processes, outstanding patient care, and a supportive, high-performing team culture.

This is a hands-on role where your leadership, communication, and organisational skills will shine. You’ll be backed by supportive admin staff and a team of respected doctors and nurses.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources: Recruitment, onboarding, rostering, payroll, performance management & HR compliance (with external HR support)

Systems & Quality: Implement policies, procedures, and technology to boost efficiency, patient experience, and compliance

Financials: Oversee accounts, banking, reconciliation, and liaise with the bookkeeper

Leadership & Culture: Nurture a team culture of trust, compassion, accountability, and fun

Accreditation & Standards: Maintain our proud QPA accreditation and always aim higher

Innovation: Drive our shift to a fully computerised, paperless practice with AI integration, and continue to bring in new ideas.

What We’re Looking For

Previous leadership experience in General Practice management

Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Best Practice software (advantageous), Cubiko, and Automed

Tech-savvy and ready to embrace new systems and processes

Compassion, integrity, and the ability to build trust and respect across staff, doctors, and patients

Resilience, tenacity, and the kind of patience that would impress a saint

A sense of humour because laughter really is the best medicine
