Our client based on Melbourne's city fringe are seeking an experienced/senior property manager to oversee a portfolio based within Melbourne's northern suburbs.

About The Role;

  • Office Location: Stunning offices on Melbourne City Fringe
  • Parking: YES - Parking is on site!
  • Monday to Friday: YES - No weekend work! YAY
  • Flexibility: YES - Available after probation (up to 2 days per week)
  • A great salary: YES - Paying up to $90K+Super (dep on your experience)

Salary paying up to $90K+Super (Depending on Experience)

About You;

  • 12 + Months experience managing a residential portfolio
  • Would be ideal for someone living in Melbourne's Inner North
  • Hold a current and valid Agent Rep Certificate
  • Experience using a Property Management program being;Rp Office, REST, Console, Agent Plus, Property Me, Property Tree or Reapit
  • Corporate attire & presented
  • Car & Drivers Licence
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player
