As part of its strategic growth in the Australian market, the brand is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Boutique Manager to lead its Melbourne CBD boutique.

The Role
As Boutique Manager, you will be responsible for leading all facets of the boutique’s operations, team performance, and client engagement. You will inspire and develop a high-performing team, ensure a world-class customer experience, and uphold the brand’s elevated retail standards. This position offers a unique opportunity for a luxury retail leader to join a dynamic and respected international fashion house at a key point in its expansion.

Key Responsibilities
You will oversee daily store operations including sales performance, team leadership, customer relationship management, and visual merchandising. You will be accountable for meeting commercial targets, executing seasonal brand strategies, and cultivating a service-first environment that reflects the identity and values of the brand. A core part of your role will also involve stock management, operational compliance, and delivering seamless coordination with head office departments.

Skills and Experience
You will bring strong experience managing luxury retail boutiques, with a proven background in ready-to-wear and leathergoods. Your ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team will be complemented by your strong sales acumen and customer-focused approach. You will have a keen eye for detail, excellent styling knowledge, and the ability to engage with discerning clientele at the highest level. Previous experience with international luxury brands and fluency in a second language will be considered advantageous.
