Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee your own portfolio
• Act as the primary liaison between Owners Corporations, property owners, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate and manage maintenance, repairs, and projects
• Handle financial management tasks, including budgeting, levies, and arrears.
• Prepare for and attend meetings, including Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and committee meetings.
• Address and resolve strata-related issues and disputes promptly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all strata activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Class 2 Strata Management license or higher.
• Demonstrated experience in strata management.
• Strong understanding of strata legislation and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in strata management software and Microsoft Office suite.
