Our Client:

They have a fun and hands-on Principal and ensure that their staff are engaged, happy and will shape roles to suit their team - hence why on this one they are open to either a Property Manager or a Senior!

Duties:

Working alongside a longstanding team (4 - 15 years of tenure), this role will be shaped in consultation with you

What you'll do:

• Take and address inquiries
• Conduct routine and outgoing inspections
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance
• Undertake rent reviews & increases
• General client and contractor management
• Liaise with the Routines & Leasing team
• New business if you choose to for additional commission

Specific requirements:

All the standard expectations:

• Real Estate registration and car / drivers license
• Demonstrated ability to manage a residential portfolio
• Living locally would be an advantage, or good knowledge of the Eastern Suburbs
• ProperyMe experience preferred (but not essential)
