ABOUT COMPANY

ABOUT ROLE:
Building Manager position looking after residential site in multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Look after 170 residential lots
- Handling tenancy inquiries and ensure any issues are followed up in a timely manner
- Regular building inspections & identify defects and deficiencies in the delivery of services
- Coordinate external contractors for maintenance works
- Management of common facilities, ensuring safe and clean conditions
- Liaise with key stakeholders internally and externally

ABOUT YOU:
- 3-5+ years of residential building management experience
- Experience in setting up new builds/defects is ideal
- Proven ability to build solid relationships and rapport with tenants and other stakeholders
- BMC experience desirable
- Understand the importance of delivering the best customer service
- Excellent communication skills
